Due to the increase in the number of billionaires in the world, the importance of private banking has been increasing in recent years. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the process of introducing digital technologies into the private banking sector, and banks that did not plan changes in their business models due to the preferences of their VIP clients had to adapt to the new conditions.
