This article explores the impact and application research of large models in the development of statistics, with a focus on three main areas: predictive analysis, classification analysis, and association analysis. The large model significantly improves the accuracy of predictive analysis by processing a large amount of historical data, enabling it to more accurately identify future trends; In classification analysis, with the help of deep learning algorithms, large models effectively divide and identify different groups, optimizing the data classification process; In terms of correlation analysis, large models can reveal potential connections between complex data and provide deeper insights. However, issues such as data bias, overfitting, and misinterpretation of results still exist. Therefore, this article suggests strengthening data quality control, conducting model validation, and improving the explanatory power of statistical results to promote the reliability and practicality of statistical analysis. These measures not only enhance the application effectiveness of statistics, but also provide a more solid foundation for decision-making in various fields.
