Abstract
Non-contact economy is an important branch of the digital economy, with the rapid development of unmanned retail and other formats. However, there is a gap in the research of self-service photography segmentation in domestic shopping malls. This study has both theoretical and practical value. This paper takes the head brand just.foto as a case, uses case analysis and SWOT analysis to explore the feasibility of its business model development and puts forward optimization suggestions. The study found that just.foto has the advantages of technology, brand and channel, and meets the consumer demand in the post epidemic era. At the same time, it faces problems such as lagging technology iteration, weak online operation and fierce market competition. Its development is also restricted by factors such as unstable passenger flow and privacy protection risk. The research shows that as a typical format of the non-contact economy, self-service photography has significant development potential. Enterprises need to make breakthroughs in technology upgrading, diversified operation, customer expansion, risk prevention and control, and the development of the non-contact economy needs to rely on technological innovation and policy support to achieve long-term development.
