Characteristics of expert´s report as evidence

In recent years, there has been an increasing need for private expert´s report for judicial evidence. In practise, it appears that a well-developed expert´s report is an important bases for the court´s decision-making. It is no secret that the quality of the expert´s reports presented varies. Therefore, when expert drawing up his expert´s report, either directly for the court or for the parties, the expert should avoid mistakes and pay attention to the quality of the expert´s report, which should have certain characteristics that we address in this paper.
