International Legal Mechanisms for Ensuring Digital Security

The main purpose of this article is to analyze the system of international legal regulators that ensure digital security. The author draws attention to the complexity of interpreting the content of the concept of "digitalization" and substantiates the impossibility of constructing a generally accepted definition. The paper identifies the features of digitalization risks. The analysis of the main international legal acts ensuring digital security has been carried out.
