Discussion on the problems and improvement measures of “Handle the complaint immediately” in colleges and universities

The work of “handle the complaint immediately” can respond to the concerns of teachers and students to solve their appeals, improve the governance capacity and level of colleges and universities. It’s a strong guarantee of accelerate the high-quality development of higher education. In this paper, through checking the existing problems, analyzing the causes, proposing improvement measures, in order to improve the work efficiency of “handle the complaint immediately”, enhance the effectiveness of education and the governance level constantly. Ultimately promoting high-quality development of higher education.
