This study investigates the current state and driving forces behind pre-made dish development within rural revitalization. Beginning with an overview of the 2023 No. 1 Central Document’s directives on rural revitalization, it emphasizes the importance of the pre-made dish sector. Through a comprehensive survey in Dalian, covering various age groups using both online and offline methods such as questionnaires and interviews, the study utilizes analytical techniques like exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling to probe factors influencing consumer purchasing intentions and satisfaction. Results highlight the significance of enterprise and public perceptions, alongside the Northeast Revitalization initiative, in shaping consumer behavior. Additionally, text mining is employed to deepen understanding of consumer attitudes and emotions towards pre-made dishes. The study concludes with recommendations for government, businesses, and regional revitalization efforts to foster sustainable growth in the pre-made dish industry.
