Research on the application of data mining based on digital economy in customer segmentation management

As an important resource of modern enterprise construction management, how to keep customers is crucial to the profitability of enterprises. Especially after entering the era of big data, with the continuous development of social economy and science and technology, all walks of life are facing increasing pressure of market competition, and customer groups are showing a diversified trend. In order to accurately identify customer groups, scientifically equip limited resources, and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market development, there are more and more research topics on customer segmentation management. After continuous development in recent years, the corresponding theories and methods have become more and more perfect, and are now widely used in various industry business activities. After understanding the development trend of digital economy, this paper mainly discusses the application of data mining based on digital economy in customer segmentation management according to the research situation of customer segmentation management at home and abroad, and finally verifies the application advantages of the model algorithm according to the data obtained by a regional logistics enterprise.
