Abstract
This study develops a conceptual model to explain students’ acceptance of values and habituation of Pancasila-based behavior in relation to the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) among junior high school students in Singaraja City. The research pursued two objectives to identify the tendency of value acceptance and behavioral habituation, and analyze the contribution of P5 implementation effectiveness to these outcomes. A survey design was employed involving grade VIII students selected through purposive and proportional random sampling. Data were obtained using value inventories and structured questionnaires, and analyzed through descriptive statistics, regression, and path analysis with SPSS. The findings indicate that while students’ acceptance of values and habituation of Pancasila-based behavior fall into the moderate-to-low categories, the effectiveness of P5 implementation is perceived as high. Furthermore, the effectiveness of P5 exerts both direct and indirect significant effects on value acceptance and behavioral habituation. These results suggest that strengthening the implementation of P5 can enhance students’ internalization of Pancasila values and their application in daily life. Practically, it is recommended that teacher teams optimize program strategies to maximize the project’s impact on students’ character formation and behavioral development.
