Generation of an Instrument Base for Analysis of Economic Processes for the Purpose of Building a Model of Spatial Development of Regions in the Context of Global Challenges

The article considers the issues of generation of an instrument base for analysis of the economic processes at the meso-level. Based on the official statistic reporting (big data) we establish a set of indicative figures that describe the results of socioeconomic development and help to determine a production profile of a region and priorities for investments in purpose of ensuring a spatial development of the territories based on the princi ples of economic stability.
