Construction of Power Grid Equipment Management Performance Evaluation Index System Based on Process and Results

As an asset-oriented enterprise, the power grid company's equipment accounts for more than 80% of its total assets, and the external environment has undergone profound changes, putting forward higher requirements for equipment management. At present, the management of power grid equipment is not adaptive. It is necessary to build a performance evaluation index system of power grid equipment management based on the process and results according to the current status and problems of power grid equipment management, analyze the construction effect of the provincial power grid company's equipment management system, and point out the direction for the construction of power grid equipment management system.
