Research on the Construction of Digital Government in Heilongjiang Province based on SMARTGOV Maturity Model

Digital government aims to provide intelligent and agile personalized public services for government stakeholders. Based on the SMARTGOV maturity model, this paper constructs a digital government maturity model from four dimensions : basic information service, interactive service, integrated service and intelligent service. It is used to evaluate the current level of digital government construction in 12 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province and the Greater Khingan Mountains and draw conclusions.
