With the help of governmental frameworks and technological advancements, this framework explains how the market develops, including market-driven processes and quality control cycles. Examining changes in market growth modes and real-world applications as means to attain high-quality development within the circular economy is the goal. With a dedication to boosting product quality and increasing customer happiness, the goal of developing the second- hand electronic device e-commerce sector is to provide consumers with items that satisfy their expectations.
