In today’s rapidly changing economic environment, leadership is one of the key factors driving sustainable development in enterprises. Excellent leadership not only guides companies to adapt to market changes but also motivates employees to pursue higher standards of business performance. This paper explores the importance of enhancing leadership for sustainable development in enterprises by analyzing the relationships between leadership, corporate innovation, employee satisfaction, and environmental responsibility. A comprehensive framework for enhancing leadership is proposed, aimed at helping enterprises build a stronger and more forward-thinking leadership team. Leadership is the driving force behind the advancement of enterprises. Firstly, leadership is crucial for promoting corporate innovation. Innovation is not merely about offering new products or services; it encompasses continuously seeking breakthroughs in thinking, management processes, and corporate culture. Visionary leaders can foster an open and supportive environment, encouraging employees to contemplate possible future trends and solutions, thereby maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
