Research On Enterprise Digital Transformation -- Taking Alibaba as an Example

This paper deeply discusses the background, concept and path of enterprise digital transformation, and takes Alibaba Group as a typical case for detailed analysis. In the context of digital economy, enterprises realize the comprehensive transformation of economic model through digitalization, networking and intelligent technologies, which promotes the wide application of cloud computing, big data analysis, artificial intelligence and Internet of Things. Digital transformation requires companies to fundamentally reshape their core business processes, management systems, business models and service approaches in response to a rapidly changing market environment. As a model of digital transformation, Alibaba Group has successfully achieved continuous business innovation and market leadership by building a platform ecosystem, diversified business layout, big data analysis and globalization strategy. This paper summarizes the basic principles and strategies of enterprise digital transformation, emphasizes the importance of data-driven decision-making, innovation culture, organizational structure optimization and technology application in the transformation process, and provides valuable experience and reference for other enterprises’ digital transformation.
