This study explores the impact of supply chain digitization on corporate environmental performance, taking Weiming Environment Protection. as a case study to analyze the path and impact of its digitization process on green supply chain management. It is found that the application of digital technology not only improves the collaborative innovation ability and resource allocation efficiency of the supply chain, but also effectively reduces environmental pollution and resource waste. In green supply chain management, Weiming Environment realized the digital supervision of the whole process of garbage removal, waste treatment and resource recycling through the intelligent management system, which improved the environmental performance of the enterprise.
