This research investigates the multifaceted role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in influencing firm performance, with a focus on Return on Assets (ROA) as a key indicator. Drawing from publicly available datasets and theoretical frameworks, the research explores how ICT usage across schools, homes, and general access impacts financial outcomes. Additionally, the research incorporates online learning exclusivity as a mediating factor and examines contextual moderators such as firm size and election years. Findings highlight the positive contributions of ICT to operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and financial performance, while also addressing the vulnerabilities posed by external uncertainties. The results offer valuable insights for policymakers and businesses seeking to optimize ICT strategies in diverse contexts.
