With the rapid development of digitalization, digital education of mobile technology is becoming a global trend. As a key part of basic education, senior high school English teaching is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. At present, although some digital teaching attempts have been made, there is still room for improvement in the application of digitalization in high school English listening, speaking, reading and writing teaching in traditional teaching. Most of the existing research focuses on a single technology or link, and lacks a comprehensive consideration of the overall teaching strategy. This study focuses on these aspects, comprehensively uses literature research, analyzes the current situation and problems, and explores teaching innovation strategies based on digital resources, models and tools, aiming to improve the quality and effect of high school English teaching and provide useful reference for high school English teaching to adapt to the digital development of education.
