Non-Confrontational Approach Based on Tri Hita Karana Supporting the One Map Policy for a Sustainable Blue Economy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as a follow-up to the degradation of Tianyar coastal resources (SDA) which is a migration route for marine biota and fisheries with high economic value. The management of coastal natural resources has not been optimal by the region, so it is considered not in accordance with Law Number 1 of 2014. The solution of this study is an innovation in managing Tianyar coastal natural resources that prioritizes a non-confrontational approach to realize harmony between nature and humans through effective management and building a partnership network with relevant stakeholders for conservation purposes. Type of field research. Informants, respondents are determined purposively. Data collection techniques include document studies, observations, interviews, questionnaires. SWOT analysis through FGD stages, Expert Testing and Public Testing on the formulation and finalization of policies. The results of the study indicate that the integration of coastal natural resource conservation policies with supporting components for strengthening the social institutions of the Yowana Bhakti Segara Foundation. The support of village governments, traditional villages and the Tianyar community is guided to understand the legal, social, economic and cultural issues related to integrated coastal natural resource management, the achievement of Asta Cita 1,2,8.
