Abstract
This study examines how PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk leverages integrated management, operational strategies, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles to achieve sustainable growth in Indonesia’s fast-moving consumer goods sector. Using a case study approach, the research examines Indofood’s vertically integrated supply chain, its sustainability initiatives and their impact on both financial and non-financial performance. The results demonstrate that Indofood’s holistic approach—spanning from raw material production to distribution—has led to significant improvements in environmental stewardship, resource efficiency, and social impact, while also strengthening business resilience and competitiveness. The findings suggest that such integrated strategies can serve as a model for other companies seeking to balance growth with sustainability in dynamic markets.
