Abstract
With the rapid development of society and economy, the demand for personalized training programs for college students has increased, particularly for interdisciplinary foreign language talents. This study explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in developing personalized training programs, focusing on its ability to offer customized learning paths, real-time feedback, and dynamic adjustments. The findings highlight how AI can enhance students’ independent learning capabilities, address diverse learning needs, and help universities optimize their curricula. However, challenges such as equity, privacy protection, and the need for teacher- student collaboration remain. The study concludes that AI can significantly improve education quality when implemented with clear guidelines, emphasizing educational goals, fairness, and transparent feedback systems.
