Psychological determinants of managerial leadership in internal affairs officers

The possibility of applying the concept of managerial leadership as a theoretical basis for building an innovative training and formation system of territorial bodies and units senior staff reserve of internal affairs bodies is discussed in the article. The results of an empirical study, the purpose of which is to identify the psychological characteristics of internal affairs officers who are prone to managerial leadership, are presented.
