Evaluation of Level and Quality of HR Business Partnering in HR Department of Production Company

The objective of this study was to understand the quality and level of HR Business partnering within HR department of a production company. In relation to HR Business partnering, several activities are defined, which are closely interconnected with the HR department of the company. In connection with the determined activities, there are defined skills, abilities, and qualities a modern HR officer should have in the context of the individual processes and HR Business partnering. The main benefit of this study consists in determining innovative techniques in the process of human resources management, which may help increase efficiency and improve the transformation of individual corporate processes.
