Research on the Problems of Enterprise Logistics Transportation Cost Management and Optimization Countermeasures

For modern enterprises, logistics and transportation is an important factor affecting the profit of enterprises, and its role is obvious and critical. However, how to effectively manage and reasonably control logistics and transportation costs in the new era to improve the economic benefits and competitiveness of enterprises has become an important issue that every enterprise needs to consider and resolve. In this context, this paper analyzes the role of transportation in logistics, discusses the connotation of enterprise logistics transportation cost, and elaborates on the problems of enterprise logistics transportation cost management and optimization countermeasures, aiming to provide useful reference for enterprise development and competitiveness improvement.
