Bridging Satisfaction Between E-Service Quality and Brand Pride in Education

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of e-service quality on satisfaction and its implications for brand pride. This research was conducted at several universities so that the respondents for this research were students. Data collection used closed questionnaires for students studying in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample size for this research was 500 students selected based on certain criteria. The analysis tool uses WarpPLS. The research results show that e-service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction, satisfaction has a significant effect on pride, and e-service quality has a significant effect on student pride. These results show the importance of e-service quality and student satisfaction in creating student pride in the university.
