Reconstruction and Sustainable Development Strategy of Global Supply Chain under the Background of Anti-Globalization

Abstract

This study explores how China's manufacturing sectors—specifically electronics, textiles, and automotive—are transforming their supply chain strategies in response to increasing anti-globalization pressures and global trade disruptions. By utilizing a qualitative approach and thematic analysis of secondary data from industry reports, policy documents, and corporate publications, the research identifies four primary strategic responses: technological innovation, supply chain diversification, sustainability efforts, and labor practice improvements. The findings reveal sector-specific approaches to adapting to global shifts, with the electronics and automotive sectors focusing on technological advancements and flexibility, while the textiles sector emphasizes sustainability and ethical practices. This study provides theoretical contributions by linking global supply chain transformation with emerging geopolitical and environmental challenges, while offering practical recommendations for businesses and policymakers. These insights are critical for understanding how manufacturing industries can navigate the complexities of an increasingly fragmented global economy.
