Exploring the Impact of AI on the Development of TESOL Teaching Implementation Strategies

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the application of AI tools in the field of education is becoming increasingly widespread. Its impact on English teaching has attracted public attention, especially in TESOL education. Currently, most TESOL educators are at a critical moment of teaching method transformation. This study starts from a new curriculum model and analyzes in detail how the integration of AI into TESOL education has an impact on teachers’ teaching implementation strategies. Specifically, this study explores the impact of AI tools on the development of TESOL teaching implementation strategies, demonstrating the acceptance, frequency, and effectiveness of AI tools among Chinese TESOL educators. After analyzing these impacts, this article concludes that the emergence of AI has improved the teaching level of TESOL educators and students’ learning abilities. AI tools have also brought challenges to TESOL educators’ teaching strategies, and there are many positive effects on the development of TESOL teaching implementation strategies. Based on this, this article proposes the following suggestions: AI tools should be used correctly and integrated into TESOL teaching to better promote the development of teaching implementation strategies.
