Abstract
The essence of the learning process is the formation of an ideological structure through the combination of information passing through the perceptual system and the purposeful concepts actively guided by the consciousness system. It requires the sustained and smooth flow of energy, that is, focused attention. Existing research has already demonstrated that learning is a powerful factor influencing learning, and there are also proportional results showing the importance of emotional regulation ability and learning concentration. However, there is still a lack of specific aspects of the impact of emotions on learning and the specific mechanisms of enhancing learning concentration through emotional regulation. This article will focus on the memory recall triggered by emotions, based on Freud’s theory of mental structure, and discuss the view that emotions disrupt learning attention by triggering memory recall from the perspectives of the nature and conflicts of mental system energy, the independence and connection between emotions and concepts, and the mechanism of association.
