The Influence of Gender Differences in Education in the New Era on women’s Development

Abstract
The issues of gender differences in education in the New Era have already received widespread attention from all circles of life. There are still shortcomings regarding educational opportunities for women in rural and urban areas, women’s subject and career choices, and attitudes towards women’s education held by society and families. This article analyzes the reasons, phenomenon, and challenges of gender differences in education, concludes that Women’s right to education needs attention, attaches importance to the limitation of women’s subject and career choices, and female self-awareness is blurring. Based on this, this article proposes the following suggestions: The School needs to set up personalized courses. Teachers must change stereotypes towards women’s subject and occupation selection by society. Females need complete self-identity construction.
