The Effect of Work Motivation on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of work motivation on the performance of Public Elementary School 2 teachers in Merauke. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 32 teachers. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression statistics. To get the results of accurate data analysis, software assistance is used in Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 24. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance (0.000 <0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. is 76.7%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of work motivation on the teacher’s performance.
