Based on the KPI (Key Performance Indicators), this paper further optimizes the management system of small and medium-sized enterprises. In fact, performance appraisal is only an important part of performance management, and it is a local link and means in the management process. At present, the company’s performance management, by comparison, pays more attention to the results and ignores the management process.
