How Teacher Factors Affect College Students’ Willingness to Communicate in an EFL Classroom

The study divides teacher factors into ten dimensions, and analyses data from the perspectives of overall, gender and profession using questionnaire surveys and interviews. It was found that teaching attitude has the greatest impact on college students’ communication willingness, while personality traits have the least.
