In order to explore the communicating effect of ideological and political education on Wechat public accounts in and universities, this paper evaluates the communicating effect from five aspects of ideological education, political education, moral education, psychological education and legal discipline education through empirical methods. The results show that the communicating effect of ideological and political education on Wechat public accounts in universities is general. There is no significant difference in the dimensions of gender and political status, but there are significant differences in grade and major. In view of the problems of different communicating effects in different grades and majors, it is suggested that educators should pay more attention to the political literacy and mental health education of undergraduates, innovate the educational methods of different majors, contact relevant colleges for educational linkage, and constantly improve the educational effects.
