Petty-Clark Theorem, the law of labor transfer, is a theory that studies the evolution of industrial structure in economic development. Petty-Clark Theorem reflects the change of industrial structure with economic development. Based on Petty-Clark Theorem, this paper discusses the reasons for the current rise of women’s economy, the relationship between women’s economy and sports industry, and the impact of the rise of women’s economy on sports industry. Although this paper enriches the literature in this area, further in-depth theoretical research is still needed.
