Le développement de la concurrence au niveau mondiale a exigé aux sociétés de diversifier leurs forces, et de chercher tout moyen permettant la différenciation. Durant les dernières décennies, les entreprises ont commencé à mettre le volet social au coeur de la stratégie de la société, elles sont devenues plus conscientes de l’importance du savoir-faire du collaborateur dans la réalisation des résultats, ce qui a permis à la notion de performance de dépasser le simple contrôle. Le contrôle de gestion est parmi les leviers efficaces et indispensables afin de mieux piloter et d’améliorer la performance globale de l’entreprise. Ce dernier a connu une évolution conceptuelle énorme en instaurant le volet social, du coup, le contrôle de gestion sociale permet de faire face aux exigences du travail, de mieux contrôler et de motiver l’homme au sein de l’entreprise. À cette fin, une revue critique a été effectuée par l’analyse des publications scientifiques consacrées dans ce domaine de recherche.
Abstract
The global development of competition has compelled companies to diversify their strengths and seek ways of differentiation. In recent decades, businesses have started to place the social aspect at the core of their corporate strategy. They have become more aware of the importance of employee expertise in achieving results, leading the notion of performance to go beyond mere control. Management control is one of the effective and indispensable levers to better steer and enhance overall company performance. It has undergone significant conceptual evolution by incorporating the social dimension. As a result, social management control allows companies to meet the demands of work, better monitor, and motivate employees within the organization. To this end, a critical review has been conducted through the analysis of scientific publications dedicated to this field of research.
