Abstract
Throughout the process of a BIM architectural project, from its conception to its demolition, various stakeholders are involved, each of them bringing their own specific skills and expertise to contribute to its realisation. Collaboration and cooperation between these stakeholders are crucial to the overall success of the project. This article proposes the application of a collaborative engineering method to a particular phase of the BIM architectural project, with the aim of fostering fluid communication and effective collaboration between the stakeholders. This study focuses on the identification of collective activities between the various construction stakeholders, with particular emphasis on the practical aspect of Building Information Modelling (BIM), and in particular on collaboration around the BIM digital model within agencies during the execution project phase.
