Through the “inverse globalization” influence on trade structure and factor endowment theory in Liaoning trade structure, from strengthening the attention of trade friction in Liaoning, Liaoning export market structure, develop scientific and reasonable trade development strategy, Liaoning support countries and Liaoning key enterprises put forward “inverse globalization” under the background of Liaoning trade structure optimization path.
