Break the domestic education predicament— Draw on international educational experience to build a solid psychological defense line for teenagers

Abstract
The shaping of personality and the establishment of mental health conditions are often completed during adolescence. During the crucial stage of teenagers’ growth, their mental health conditions cannot be ignored. This article focuses on the current situation of domestic education and analyzes the mental health problems among teenagers caused by its drawbacks. For instance, implicit school bullying, a single evaluation system, and so on. Meanwhile, compare international education and draw on its advantageous experiences. It discussed how to integrate the advantageous parts of international education into the domestic education system by extracting them. It tends to create a more beneficial growth environment for teenagers and effectively promotes their mental health development. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for optimizing the domestic education system and promoting the healthy growth of teenagers. It also draws on international educational experience to build a solid psychological defense line for teenagers.
