Abstract
This case study is part of a research program on professional training, the main theoretical postulates of which are borrowed from a general theory of learning (Nelson, 2008) and collective action (Wittgenstein, 2004). This work proposes a method allowing the access to the ordinary knowledge of the experienced teachers with a view to their transmission within the framework of a training device. The study shows that the ostensive teaching of this ordinary knowledge and the accompaniment of its implementation in the workplace makes it possible to improve the efficiency of the informal learning and to optimize the professional development.
