Developing high-quality vocational education is particularly vital on the path to China’s new century and new journey. It is essential to establish a teaching strategy[1] that is tiered[2] by students’ needs and teachers’ instructional techniques in order to fully reflect the significance of public foundation courses and the challenges they confront. This will help foster the development of high-quality vocational education.
