The new curriculum standard carries the vision of national curriculum reform and development. As the main component of students’ core literacy development, physical education and health curriculum plays a crucial role. Guiding students to participate in physical exercise and cultivating students’ core literacy is the only way to realize the curriculum vision. It has strong theoretical significance and practical effect for guiding students’ practice teaching.
